Free Speech v/s. Responsible Speech : Should hate speech be made a precondition to free speech?

As ked by:- Shivam Kaushik on twitter: @s_kaushik10 “Free will inevitably causes wrong.” - Karl Marx Though I am not a big fan of Karl Marx but this quote of him is one of the truths that is hard to digest. That is why no matter what is the ideology of a state or a society whether a socialist, a communist, or capitalist they have always ensured that complete free will doesn't exist. Free speech is a part of free will so the same goes for it. I know it looks a bit confusing so before moving on further in short we'll see what is meant by free speech, responsible speech (as per my philosophical understanding). Free speech in literal sense means that a principle according to which a community or an individual has the freedom to articulate his views and opinions without the fear of legal sanction, retaliation or censorship. As in relation to this responsible speech means that a principle as per which an individual or community has all the attributes of free speech but he is to eva...

Is humans the most anarchist species on the earth?

Asked by:- Shivam Yadav on twitter: @d_shivamyadav “If man asks for many laws it is only because he is sure that his neighbor needs them; privately he is an unphilosophical anarchist, and thinks laws in his own case superfluous.” - Will Durant So the “Anarchist/Anarchism” have a political connotation. It is the political philosophy which more and less wants to remove any forms of hierarchy. To be free from the rules made by any authority and the authority itself.  Au contraire to the popular belief that Anarchists are pessimistic, they in reality have a more optimistic view on human nature. They believe that throughout history humans have been corrupted and debauched by the prevailing government, society and most of all the state. That is why they believe if these constraints are removed then the 'positive potential’ or the 'essential goodness’ of the humans will be revealed.Sorry for the digression from the question asked. But I think the question Shivam wanted to ask was whe...

Biased Thoughts: Intro

What led me into starting this? Actually nothing. It's just I'm tired of seeing always so many YouTube videos and various posts. How to get rich online? How to earn loads of money online? And I have always dreamed of doing this but never took any efforts to make it happen. Then came a phase in my life  I'm way too excited about the politics and started reading and watching videos about that. Then from there to philosophy and then to so many things that I don't remember much. Then came the idea for this blog which I'm about to start and most probably will leave anytime soon but I don't know exactly when. Then there was another problem about what this blog should be about. To put it simply I thought this should be about “Unbiased Thoughts” about everything from politics to day-to-day life. But that dream shattered with just one thing I read. I don't know where but it was a quote from German Philosopher Fredrich Nietzsche, “ There are no facts, only interpretat...
